    Excellent dealer

    I recently purchased a suzuki grand vitara from class motors and can highly recommend them. The car was exactly as advertised and i was able to view undercover. The gentleman wjo dealt with the sale was professional, polite and above all honest. I have bought many cars in my 54 yrs both new and used and can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant buying experiences.

    All around excellent

    The six months review(Almost). I bought a 2006 BMW 320D with 180,000 miles on the clock from class motors. From the start the salesman Nemo was upront and honest that the car needed a service and a few bits doing which was not a problem for me as i am a mechanic and didn't mind doing a little work myself i also fell in love with it at first sight. The work which was minimal. I only needed to replace the stereo head unit(£30), a control arm(£40) and an ABS sensor(£20). Besides those three items. The car was immaculate inside and out as described. Nemo sorted my road tax on the spot making life a little easier and also gave me a Three month warranty and 12 free AA cover! For a 12 year old car it has been well looked after and a joy to own. I have been smiling for the 3,000 miles i've already covered and i will most definitely be smiling for many more miles to come in this class motor!

    Avoid this dealer like the plague!

    I bought a Merc CLK Convertible from here. Before buying I asked if the roof was damaged at all, I was told not, this was a lie, it leaks. I was also told all cars get an engine service oil/filter change, this was a lie. The car came with a 12 month MOT, I needed to drive the car away and it was agreed that the garage would pay for the MOT and any works that needed doing. I made sure he wrote this on the contract and I'm glad I did. Despite being authorised to do this locally (I have evidence) the garage are refusing to pay up. They will tell you anything to get the sale then don't care about you afterwards. Stay clear, save yourself time, money and hassle! I wouldn't be surprised if half these reviews were fake.

    Well we never refused, unfair when to say roof was not working, agreement was for the car to come for mot, clearly never came, sorry you feel that you was not treated fairly.

    Time wasters

    Not very happy - I rang yesterday and explained the car I was interested in and how far I was going to travel to hopefully purchase it and that being the case could they assure me the details were correct to save me wasting time and money. I was assured the vehicle was very clean and a great runner. Arrived at the garage after a 40 mile journey to find it was not actually running and couldn't be started, after waiting 20minutes whilst they tried to fetch it from the back of the lot. Was treated like they couldn't be bothered -I obviously wasn't spending enough. I had been very specific about what I was looking for but they tried to convince me a saloon was a hatchback - as a woman, and daughter of a mechanic I get very annoyed when men assume I know nothing about car.

    We are sorry that you felt as though we were not interested. We do feel you are being a bit harsh with your review as the vehicle you came for was a trade corner car which was, literally, in the trade corner. Naturally, the battery would have gone flat due to the time the car had been sat there but our staff reacted immediately and tried their very best to get it running. However, due to the battery being completely dead, this caused the immobiliser to kick in therefore not starting the car. As we did not want you to feel that you have had a wasted trip, we showed you some other options available, including the Nissan Primera GT HATCHBACK as you showed a keen interest in Japanese cars due to their reliability. We treat all our customers with respect, as they are spending their hard earned cash, whether that be £100 or £10,000 so we do not accept that you were treated differently due to the price of the car you were interested in. We can assure you that we did try our very best.

    The guys at class motors are easy to deal with and the deal was done very promptly! Got a good deal on the warranty too so even better! Car was very clean and runs well. Reason for the 4* and not 5*, is for the description not to be totally accurate because it was described as 70,000 but when bought had 76,000 on the clock. Would still come back and recommend to friends though. Sorry for late review haha
